I'm sorta out of my element when engaging in most Numismatics other than Mint Errors lol, Is this spotting from 7 o'clock to 9 o'clock area Carbon or Red turning Brown oxidation? It's more pronounced with TrueView.

It looks like a mix of orange toning and oxidation, however, if it turning brown is what you're worried about, you should be just fine.

The toning pattern makes me think the coin was subjected to some sort of liquid contamination in the toned segment.
I was wondering if struck through something or rusted die, it is strange being localized in one area.
Looks very much like original, natural toning to me.

Thanks for your help so far all! Sorry for the lack of info on the coin, I'm interested in purchasing it so rather not have any conflicts lol. It's PCGS MS66+RD btw.
if you're asking, then you won't forget they are there. and if it bothers you now, it will bother you later
