If you were going to bother to do this, wouldn't you at least put a BU Dollar in the packaging???

seller found it in a garage sale a few years ago and from his/her research discovered it could be valuable. With a feedback rating of 66.7 and a new seller with 1 feedback, this could be drama unfolding before our eyes.

The altered one does have the longer plastic insert from a genuine two-coin set, but it is normal for the TPG’s to return the empty holder when they certify the coins from a two-coin set. Somebody got ahold of an empty holder and stuffed normal coins into it.
I have sent these Cheerios cents into CACG and the COA is only returned if the COA is requested to have it returned.
