Will PCGS add a signature card to a note certification?

This is the note I'd want PCGS to do the signature verification for, do they do this?

I know that @MWallace had a special holdering done for a banknote and a letter (?). But I don't think it was PCGS that did it.

I'm not aware that PCGS would authenticate an autograph.

Another possibility would be to have an autograph authentication company (JSA, PSA, Beckett) authenticate the autograph (get a letter of authenticity instead of a sticker!), and then have the autograph encapsulated with the banknote.

I'm don't know about PCGS but my guess their policy is similar to PMG's. PMG checks the signature to see if a courtesy autograph looks similar to the known signature, but it's not guaranteed to be an authentic signature. The best thing to do is to send a photo to them and ask. Usually the courtesy autograph is on the note itself but it doesn't hurt to ask. The policy is a little more than half way down this page: LINK

Here's the piece that @JBK referenced.

At this point in the submission of economy notes PCGS marked the submission as having an error needing correction, counting both the silver certificate and signature card as separate submissions. If they can't include the signature card with the silver certificate as a low grade "funny back" it makes no sense to have that graded.
