Wondering if anyone could provide a valuation on this rare 1851 shelbyville masonic penny?

Unfortunately there is very little demand for these. Value is approximately zero. If you put it in eBay for $10 you might lucky and find a bidder who wants something from their home town... Or it might simply sit unsold for the next several years.
It also was most likely not produced in 1851. That is (as indicated) the charter date for the lodge.
