Anyone have a PCGS label with 4 lines of text between the date and the barcode?

The usual would be 2-3. It seems to me that I've also seen 4 on occasion, or am I mistaken?

And there are only two lines between the date and the bar code. But I get the loose description of OP and what you mean.

Probably best to describe your coin as 7 lines of text.
