The show went well with over 1000 attending for the 3 days. Everything was selling, and I do mean everything. I bought a collection several months ago and it had 13K wheat cents that were carded and in boxes and all those little sets that are sold via telemarketers. I sold all that, several patterns, toned Morgans and more. Normally I do not setup at the show, but I wanted to get rid of the collection I bought. Dealers were happy with their sales.

This is an unual show for me! I did not buy anything!
.
Security went well, but we had one problem with a dealer losing around $2k. He sold several Gold pieces for over $10k and the customer counted the money out to him in $100 bills. He did not pick up the money and recount it, nor did he pick it up immediately. After the guys were gone, he counted the money and they had shorted him $2k. By that time, they were long gone. The dealer travels by himself and he was busy. There were 3 guys and they were trying to speak Spanish, but my wife is fluent in Spanish and said they had trouble conversing with her . She thought their native language was Farsi. This is a picture of 2 of the 3. The third had on a light orange shirt.

I will not get into details any further on the boards.
.
As always the food was your normal hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches, nachos, salads and drinks.
