TrueViews not pulling into Registry sets or PCGS Inventory

Anyone else having this issue?

None of my sets or my inventory are pulling in any TrueView photos. I've paid a lot of money to get my entire collection reholdered and photographed over the years, but now I can't even see the coins.

Thanks. I thought it was a browser issue on my computer, but they don’t pull in for me in the app either. All of the coins below have TrueViews. It’s been like this for weeks, maybe months.

Nevermind, I fixed it! There’s a toggle to import TrueViews in settings. I have no idea why it was toggled off, I’ve never even been on the settings page.

To share the complete story for others I am asking is the the toggle that can be checked if you do not wish to show images?
