An off Center cut card?

Yesterday, I pulled a very off center card.
Just thought it is so cool that the front is
Normal. 😆
Not a real significant player from 1986, I believe?
Have you seen this before? From the same player?

Just the printing process. When they ran the back side the sheet wasn't properly aligned.
