Trouble getting replies

Over the last couple of months I’ve sent in many issues on various problems like Cert not Matching and gotten no response. I’ve sent this in via email as well as the new system.
Anyone else having issues with getting replies?

    @Dennis1961 who are sending these requests to? Is it a TPG?
