Is this worth any premium? 100th anniversary Gifford Medical Center 1oz silver round

I couldn’t find a single other one for sale. It’s not noted at all.999 or 1oz but tests and weighs as 1 Troy oz of silver. Anything on this or just silver value?

I think someone who collects Vermont and/or medical themes might value it a little above spot. Most people probably would not. If it were a mining-related round (for example) such a thing would likely have a much higher premium.

Someone might pay more on eBay because the medical center means something to them, like maybe a former employee. It's worth a shot if you have time.

    Dr. Gifford’s Hospital: A 100-Year Legacy

A very interesting article here about the man
    https://www.ourherald.com/articles/dr-giffords-hospital-a-100-year-legacy/

Randolph High School in 1890, he went on to a stellar career at Dartmouth, where he played football (under the nickname “Tuffy”) and was valedictorian of his medical school class.

(A misstep shortly after graduation could have ended his career—he and a friend pleaded guilty to the charge of grave-robbing in Norwich—but Gifford’s reputation survived. See separate story.)

Successful transactions with : MICHAELDIXON, Manorcourtman, Bochiman, bolivarshagnasty, AUandAG, onlyroosies, chumley, Weiss, jdimmick, BAJJERFAN, gene1978, TJM965, Smittys, GRANDAM, JTHawaii, mainejoe, softparade, derryb, Ricko

Bad transactions with : nobody to date

Wow, grave robbing? Now that’s an interesting one to have in your records.
