I submitted a Gold Victoria 5 Pound Coin alone using world express tier. It arrived on April 20th. The site states that the current turnaround time is 3 business days. Today is the 8th day, I inquire and am told that the reason is that NGC does internet imaging on EX orders for free and that adds an extra 10 business days to my order. I did not select or add any photography services to my order.

When I sent my last 8 free submission coins in PCGS gives you gold shield plus true view at no extra cost. I did not know this, but shame on me. Therefore extra time was consumed with TV. Such is life. Relax and deal with it.

I imagine that info was in the fine print of your submission. Their response indicates it should be shipped back to you by the end of next week. Terms & Conditions are sometimes buried in the body of a document (aka fine print). Sorry for your frustration but as Mark noted, please do not slander.
The internet images are photos of the coin in the holder, are you sure you didn't accidentally check that box on the form?
