Ebay item authentication question

On a 1958 Topps Phil Paine PSA/DNA signed that was personalized the tracking says "The authenticator found that this item had been previously customized. It will be carefully packaged and shipped to you."

What does this mean? Is "you" the seller (back to the seller) or me, the buyer? Instead of a blue check mark it has a red exclamation point by this step. This has me concerned.

    Hello, Shane.

    Anytime this happens, I found out that it means that Ebay only authenticates the item like the card or holder. It does not authenticate an autograph or embedded relic. That should help ease your mind.

    I've been told that my brain just works differently! Lol!

    I you look at the time there was about 5 hrs between post 1 and post 2. I was just glad I could help myself!
