2007-P Thomas Jefferson Dollar Leather Finish.

We have all heard of business strikes, proofs, reverse proofs, matted, satin finish or burnished finish. This coin looks like a leather finish in-hand. It's not glue or a stain. This pattern is etched into the surface. Obviously some type of environmental damage. I don't know if you would call it a cameo but it has a striking look to it, in-hand.
