Types of software and AI being used by dealers combing through listings?

Do the larger dealers use dedicated computer software to comb through the vast data online looking for the best deals? How about artificial intelligence programs? I'd think that top dealers avoid the brute force searches and have computers comb through new listings, underpriced items, etc. Possibly the work involves recently cac'd coins. I had a large buyer tell me a couple years ago he spends over 100K a month on ebay making offers on US mint items.

I have not tried them, but there do seem to be some external tools for finding new ebay listings.

I wonder if you listed a PCGS coin on ebay at high retail and sent it into cac for stickering review forgetting to pull it off ebay, is there a software program which would be able to match up the certification with the cac database as soon as it was cac approved and notify a dealer to make an offer?
