NEED HELP TRYING TO FIND A PRICE FOR 1970 KELLOGG'S PSA BASEBALL SET

Trying to sell locally my 1970 Kellogg's Baseball PSA #61 on the PSA Set Registry and I am not sure how much I should ask as I am trying to get as much as I can but be fair so that it will sell.
I listed it for $3,500 but not sure if that is a fair price for me or the seller.
Only missing 2 cards Tommy Agee and Brooks Robinson. Willie Stargell is a grade 10 but not PSA.
All PSA 9 except the Stargell and Rick Reichardt is PSA 9OC and Don Mincher is PSA 7
PSA list the set at #61 and 96%. PSA does not acknowledge the Stargell that I have in the set as it is not PSA.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
