Brass, 3 Rocker style counterfeit detector scale. Marked "Fairbanks & Ewing Phil'a". Stamped "Approved By The U.S. Mint" on the top of counterweight. Dual slotted rocker arm positions are $1, Half, Quarter, which test weight and thickness of coin. Counterweight calibration marks on side end.
