1964 SMS Half Dollar?

Since my batting average is in the gutter, I have only one question. Is this a SMS coin? I hope the photo is good. It looks great on my end. Try not to laugh to much if I'm wrong.

No. Why would you think it is?
These Pics are why I think it is. Finally a better camera. It has a satin finish, it's struck well an it has the dangling 4. If you put it under glass or blow it up you'll see the lump of metal right where it's supposed to be, some say teardrop
No, it isn't. The spot on the 4 isn't right and may just be a little damage. More importantly no one can even prove such a coin truly exists, many experts feel they are just normal coins from new dies. If they do exist, none were released from the mint in any way shape or form, and in 61 years none have ever been found in circulation, rolls, accumulations or sets. They just aren't something "findable".
100% NO!
