Gold Bullion Sale Discount

With the high price, what are folks seeing as the % discount to spot if selling at a B&M or 1 of those We Buy Gold shops. Looking to buy a new used car and have a little to sell, ~ 1 oz.

    thought of that and sold on BST before, but the recent USPS delivery problems causes me to avoid shipping with them, too much risk. If the B&M discount is < 10%, would rather be safe then sorry.
