Does Anyone Have Any Experience With The "whatnot" Live Auction Platform?

I'm trying to contact the seller/owner of this 2007-P Washington Dollar, Elongated Ray (jaysgoldnsilvershop). I have no experience with this website. I established an account and logged-on. It says: "This user is unavailable to receive direct messages"
Does anyone have any suggestions or magic I could use to track this guy down and contact him? I don't believe he has a brick and mortar store. Thanks!

I thought that both @jmlanzaf and Seth Chandler had mentioned using this platform in the past.

It’s possible they have messages turned off in settings. Usually the message seller button is on their home page.
Did you try following them? It’s also possible they only allow messages from followers.
Or, if you are trying to make an offer, you could click the make offer in the listing and write a note.

I did not know that ANAC had a top population for coins. I'm probably wrong.
