The Players Championship and The Masters

2 big PGA events on the horizon. Golf is in full,pardon the pun,"swing" Thursday begins The Players. Then April The Masters. Masters will be inhabited by a group from LIV. That should add an interesting element as it has before. I will be, pardon the pun again, chipping in my contribution to both contests.

    Crazy day at the Players Saturday. Wind was the big winner. An unlikely top 3 on the leaderboard. The #17 island hole took it's fair share of prisoners as did other water holes. About 200 balls hit the water this tournament. Trouble a brewing for Sundays conclusion. Storms may hit the area. So a start time of 8am with dual starts on front/back nine. Would like to see Bud Cauley win. It's his 35th birthday Sunday.

    McElroy and Spaun in a Monday 9AM 3 hole aggregate playoff. Both tied at 12 under Sunday.
