Interesting Accugrade “sample” slab for samples?

I picked this up today and not entirely sure what to make of it. It appears to be a sample made by ACG to sell rights to their holder? I’ve read a few forum posts describing similar slabs but none of the photos are available and nothing explicitly says anything about “your name or co. On two lines” (that I can find).
I collect older NGC samples so I’m not new to the game but I don’t venture into the non PCGS/NGC samples.

Maybe it was meant to test something akin to the old ANACS photo certs where you could have it registered to your name or the name of your business?

I does not say SAMPLE, so not sure if it qualifies
The ABC in the cert number is something I've also never seen on an ACG holder. I wish I could provide more info, interesting find!
Neat sample slab, I have seen them before. It reminds me of a Blanchard type, a first party grader.

Still noodling on that very issue.

I would classify it as a sample ... and an interesting one at that. It is a sample to the trade and not a sample to individual collectors.
Nice coin
Very cool slab and coin! Thanks for sharing it.
I would call it a sample as it has a sales message on it:
"YOUR NAME OR CO. ON TWO LINES"
Very cool. I also agree that it qualifies as a sample slab. But it should be called a promotional trade slab which is actually rarer.
