    Series 1981 is where the BEP decided to start producing and selling sheets and partial sheets again after discontinuing it with 1935E Silver Certificates. You can tell by the plate position letter/number combination that this 4-subject sheet was in the upper right quadrant. It cool that it includes some selvage at the top.
