Coins Submission For Grading No Date Received

I sent some of my coins to be graded, on the USPS tracking system it showed up as delivered, with the message below.
Left with Individual
NEWPORT BEACH, CA 92658
February 24, 2025, 1:05 pm
10 days today and no order number, I never had any issues in any of my previous orders.
Is this normal now?
I went and opened a customer service case and I am waiting for their answer.
Will see where it ends.

I just got today an email with the order number.
I went to my account and cannot do a sign in, it simply goes back to the sign in again as a loop, got the same issue some week ago, maybe was a glitch and got fixed by itself. Will try later today or on another day.
I got help from PCGS_Hy and the sign in to the account it is fixed.
It was an issue with my old MacBook Pro on the adjustment of the date and time. Glad to know.
