Seated quarter doubling opinions sought

No known or published varieties exist for a DDR, 1875 Seated quarter. I see doubling on the vertical shield lines on this coin. Mostly towards the center and right center lines. Anyone else see what I'm seeing. Any opinions are appreciated. I found it interesting.

a couple of the verticle lines look split but I don't know how you can tell altered dies from doubling. If you look into Seated coin descriptions in general you will often come across comments about the mint strengthing, enhancing, etc. Back then they also would try to salvage old dies. I cannot tell from the picture but can you tell whether the die was relapped and then had areas restored/ Just some thoughts . James
