Would this be an error?

Been collecting coins over the years, Not knowing what I am doing. Just started going threw them. Found what may be an error coin. Not sure. Should I send this out to PCGS?

Sure looks like post-mint damage (PMD) to me.
In honor of the memory of Cpl. Michael E. Thompson
Agree with TomB that it is post Mint damage.
Probably damage from when you threw it.
Agree with @jfriedm56

Welcome. The answer to your question is that you should not send it in.
Check for VAM's.

What kind of error do you think it is?
If you can't name a specific error type, then you also can't say whether your coin has the characteristics of that type.
Unless you can show otherwise, the response from everyone (including PCGS) is "No, your coin is damaged and not an error."
Thanks for all the comments. Always good to have other people give advice,
