Signed Rafael Nadal Memorabilia w/ Ace Tennis COA

Hello all! My spouse has a framed/signed Rafael Nadal from Wimbledon (year unknown). The frame itself is in rough shape after being moved around multiple times, but I'm wondering is this a legitimate signature/memorabilia and worth anything? If so, does this need to be sent out for authentication, and where would be the best place to sell?

It includes an Ace Tennis COA on the back, but it's simply a piece of paper printed and signed. I've also read Mounted Memories was legitimate and was taken over by Fanatics, but I see no other marking aside from a sticker on the back.

Apologies for the reflection in the picture - it was a struggle!

That cert isn't even worth the piece of paper it is on, regardless if it was a reputable company back in the day. In theory that cert could be for a different item (no serial#, etc). Until you send it to PSA or BAS it is un-authenticated. No clue on the value and if it would be worth sending in. eBay would probably be your best sales place, but the shipping is going to suck.

JSA does on site authentication at many card shows. Look for one near you and bring it In, can avoid shipping that way.
