Crossovers from pcgs to ngc

How well do modern coins (post-1970) cross over from NGC to PCGS? What percentage retain the same grade, and how many are downgraded by half a point?

    Absolutely every crossover I have ever sent crossed exactly at the previous grade, without exception. Your mileage probably will vary.
