Help with Chinese or Vietnamese

Hello friends. I would like your help to identify this coin. I think I have already looked at the Jiaqing one by one but I have not found any with 4 kanji on the reverse. 26mm. Thank you for your attention.

Are these two sides of the same coin we're looking at? Because those two sides don't belong on the same coin.
The bottom picture is the obverse of a Jaiqing emperor, much like your other coin.
The top picture is the obverse of a coin issued by the Taiping rebels: Tai Ping Tian Guo.
Neither the Taiping rebels nor the Chinese government would have issued coins like this. So I'm assuming this is some kind of privately-made charm, perhaps Vietnamese.

Apparently I have been awarded one DPOTD.
As an aside: Chinese characters are called "Kanji" in Japanese, but are called "Hanzi" in Chinese.
