2007 Mint State Quarters Error?

Retired now and going thru all the collection i have, Noticed this set has WASHINGTON STATE quarter and it looks like GW is crying, Left of his eye looks like a half moon shape.
Wondering if sending in for grading the whole set? Tell me what you think, Thank you

Looks like a slightly overpolished die. Why do you want to send the coins in for grading?
Adding a better jpeg.
These coins are worth at best a dollar or two each, nowhere near worth the grading fees...

Not worth the cost of grading ... not even close.
If that is an error, there was only one other graded and sold at auction over 1500. I found that on article on coinvalue and not sure they are true source or not.
Howdy and welcome.
You can certainly send that set in for grading, but you could also have fun with your money this way-
