Yes, I haven't tried it, but have heard that it's effective.

I've used it on my Jeep vinyl windows with a Mothers Ball Polisher and it did a great job. Made those really fine scratches disappear. Heavy scratches will take some time and effort.

It's good stuff.
If polishing by hand I would recommend using cotton balls.
