Yes, you'll get your Proof and Unc Mint sets imo.
The Unc Mint sets use the exact same planchets and dies used as the Business strikes, with the exception of the Mint set coins being struck with:
1) Higher pressure.
2) Early/first die stages, lots of dies. Then those same dies are used for the Business strikes backed down to the appropriate die pressures.
This is my unprofessional opinion partially based upon @cladking postings in the past.
