The top piece is certainly cast; rather than struck; as such, I don;t think it's a "coin". It may be a cast counterfeit or replica of a coin, but if so, I can't tell which coin it's suppose to be copying. The inscription appears to be in Arabic.
The bottom coin, I'm not really seeing anything of a design, or anything resembling an inscription. So again, not entirely certain that it's actually a coin.
Just because something is round and made of metal, doesn't mean it's a coin.

Apparently I have been awarded one DPOTD.
The obverse on the top one resembles a Mercury dime but obviously isn't as the reverse bears no resemblance to this coin.
One the bottom one I'm seeing an architectural type on one side a a seated figure on the other. This is a copy of a Roman type.
