1883 Hawaii 25 Cents- CAC candidate?

Apparently these come nice and there seems to be a fairly high surviving population at 65.
I think this one looks better than average. The color and luster is vibrant. It graded 65. I did not know CAC accepted Hawaiian. Anyone think this is worth submitting? There is a reasonable spread between 65 and 66 which seems to make this a reasonable question. Any thoughts?

How does the color look in-hand? The TV appears over-exposed and washed out.

These really are nice looking coins. I'm a fan of the details in the hair. Made in Philly surprisingly. I would have guessed SF.
OP - Post a pic of yours in hand if you can. It would be nice to see another view of the toning and luster.
Here's a bad NGC pic of mine before it got the green bean.
Beautiful coin. I think there was a hoard of these in unc released at some point, no? The rest of my Hi set is circulated but I would really like to find one as nice as that.
Not a quarter but the same design. It was a great designed coin.

I sold this one here, did not bother to send it to cac first:
