1932-S Washington Quarter Grading

Received this Raw 1932-S Quarter today. Had PVC contamination and had it dipped and looks much better. Looking to see if a coin like shown could get a low MS grade like 61 or 2? Most likely to send in to pcgs soon with the rest of my quarters. Got it for around $150 and I think it was worth it. Only issue I see is on the reverse there is a hit mark next to the eagle up top. Also hairlines on the obverse in the light.

It is a beautiful coin and I'm glad I snagged this one quickly when it was listed, well worth $150, I have a PCGS Au53 1932-S that looks far worse.

I wondered the same thing and it appears that none of us who opined thought the coin was “cleaned”.

I don't see anything on the coin besides for hairlines on the obverse from usage to say it was "cleaned"
Pretty AU-58.

Appears MA and a great looking AU+ coin, but the OP said it was dipped to removed PVC, so technically it was cleaned in the broadest sense.
The OP mentioned a dip and there is a spot on the left of the obverse. He also mentioned "hairlines " in the light. The photo doesn't look cleaned, however.

Thank you, @jmlanzaf.
I was going to do a cut/paste of the things you mentioned, but what's the use. I have learned it's usually easier to just make my comment and move on. Feld seems to want to criticize much of what I post which is why he's on the "Ignore" list.

Thank you from me, too, @jmlanzaf. Yes, I had seen what the OP mentioned. Yet the coin didn't appear to be cleaned in the sense that it would be so-designated and given a details grade. It's too bad that @Maywood wasn't able to just make his comment and move on.
