A really nice addition to my collection
could not be added to any of my Seated Half dollar sets as an 1861-O.
I contacted PCGS and the issue was fixed quickly - I could add the half dollar. However the set calculation didn't work properly for the new coin. A follow-up contact with customer service set that follow-on issue right within a day.
Thanks very much to customer service (Emilio Gutierrez, principally) for fixing my multiple problems.
Way too pretty a coin not to be in the registry.

Emilio is terrific! I sense a lot of the @SetRegistryManager issues would be resolved if they assigned a knowledgeable IT person to him, in addition to the staff personnel size that Paulina and Cosetta used to have!
