I think the OP has to answer that. I would assume it was meant to be “MS” but not specified. If it were my coin/post, though, I would want the guess to say either “MS” or “PR” (“PF” too).

I would think to be correct in your answer, you need to specify MS, PF, DMPL, etc.You wouldn’t be correct if you said 67 without designating unc. or proof IMO.

I said it was a 67. Look back at the previous comments. No worries though.

I'd say Au-58 or Au-55+. For the cents.

@pcgsregistrycollector: scroll up about 1/2 dozen posts or so. This very issue was being discussed. By calling it 67, you’re not correct. It needs MS, PR or PF along with the number. That’s why @jfriedm56 moved on & posted another coin.
I still think the OP @Torey needs to make a ruling on this so it doesn’t come up again.

This 1887 is borderline DMPL with the reverse luster keeping it at PL. Since Coinbert got the correct grade and everyone is seeing DMPL I will go ahead and reveal.
