I submitted the request to remove other ownership through the desktop website in second-third week of January. I then uploaded the ownership photos through email on Jan31. (setregistry@collectors.com)

Unfortunately due to having to do everything manually, I suspect the backlog of requests keeps growing and the one or two staff still there are now hopelessly behind doing the best they can.
