Gems Encrusted on a Lincoln Cent

Hello everyone, I am kindly asking if anybody of our experts can tell me me, how these "gems" got encrusted on this cent?
Take in account that the so called "gems" are just like I said encrusted on it!
And adding to the discussion a pair of facts that I see no traces of heat or any kind or glue on it!
I am just curious, in how this happened?

That's verdigris which is a product of copper corrosion.

The "gems" color is actually blue and the crystals are clear on color!
And anything related to the "diamonds or clear crystals" encrusted on this cent?
I do found also several years ago another cent with "gems" like a Red Sapphire? ![]
Which could be the verdict on this case?

It appears that the cent has clear coating, either lacquer, epoxy, or glue.
Copper will naturally turn green. So I expect that pockets of corrosion formed under the coating.
Neat optical effect.
Photos are (purposefully?) out of focus, but it appears to be glitter, just like OP's previous fantasy coin:

Looks like it's from a "glitter glue pen" to me.

As I first suspected, the whole coin is covered in a clear lacquer. Except that it has color bits included rather than any oxidation.
So the simple answer to the question of "how these 'gems' got encrusted on this cent ?" is, the OP did it.
Why does the OP ask this if they already know the answer ? I assume because they hope someone else doesn't know and will pay something for it.

Could be glitter, sort of looks like some copper salt crystals. As for colorful gem like crystals, check out these copper salt gems

I would send it in for grading and slabbing and if you’re lucky you might get a purple bean on it from CAC! Let us know the results! Looks like a DCAM 72 with PMD to me. 🤪
