Modern Coin Roll Hunters: Ever find the wrong coin in a roll of coins?

I typically buy a roll or two of every coin release to search through. Today my 2025-P&D Native American Dollar rolls arrived. Was searching through a P roll and and in it was one 2024-P Innovation Dollar, Steel Plow. If it weren't for a very slight scratch (darn!), it would likely grade MS66 which would be a top pop. I was hoping it was stamped 2025-P which would have been a cool error but alas, it doesn't seem like there's anything wrong with it. I'm just curious if this is something that's happened to anyone else.
