Better photos could prove this to be a legitimate end-of-strip/ missing clad error.
It also has a cracked planchet. This is not considered an error but a defective planchet as it happened before the quarter was struck.

Probably not worth it.
It would cost more to have it graded than what it is worth. Unless a coin is worth about $200.00 or more, it is better to leave it raw.
