Will the 25% import tariff on Canada apply to gold and silver from the Canadian Mint?

Sounds like tariffs may be reality and taking place., (NOT a political discussion thread to discuss merits or if it is a wise move or not). So.... what happens to the price of gold and silver Maple Leafs that distributors get from the mint? Automatic 25% increase? I haven't heard of any potential exemptions... so assume that will apply? Also the same for Mexico Libertads, etc.

The only ones going into effect are the 10% tariffs on Chinese imports. I think that would have amount to around $120 billion dollar a year tariff.

This is on top of the 19% tariff that already exists. So, 29%. Paid for by American importers and, ultimately, the American consumer.
