“Bumblebee Rolls” we called them because of the color. We bought $1000 boxes from the Mint at face delivered and used them in the cash register instead of dollar bills. We would also sell rolls at face for cash to get them into circulation. I carried them and spent them.
Eventually we noticed that a few rolls had 24 coins and a few 26.
Before you dumped them in the register and sold rolls, did you search them first? I was hoping for a roll of speared eagles. 🤣 😉
