Adding inventory

Hello, I new to all of these. I have currently started adding coins to "My Sets" with some luck. However I have a couple coins that I have added and can see on my activity page and in "inventory" but I can not add them to my sets?

Can anyone help?

    Yup, frustrating.
    Unfortunately, PCGS doesn't seem to have this near the top of their list as "things to fix."

  • You're not the Lone Ranger on this one. I have tried to add inventory the last week on two occasions with the same coins; I get an emailed "removal request" acknowledgment. I then try to submit photographs that the coins are in my possession via the "activity" page and get an 'oops" page for a response. Let a voice message with PCGS last Thursday and still waiting for a response. First time I have really had this type of experience but without any type of customer facing communication from PCGS, it's very frustrating.

    App vs. browser question. From my experience, it’s more effective using the drop down menu on the browser by clicking or tapping “add inventory”.
