    Die chip near the lips. I saw it used for obverse of the AW quarters. Boat nickel = 2004 nickel reverse.

    Interesting RE blistex. I wonder what caused the seller to land on the term.

    For its worth, I know the boat nickels are the 2004 strikes. But 2004 wasn’t available in your list of dates, so I went with the closest wrong date, figuring that might make the description even funnier.
