Heritage - Jan 9th Col Steven K Ellsworth collection of US large cents

Im not sure if I should be posting this, but please pull this discussion down if its not appropriate? I purchased 2 large cents from Heritage at auction on Jan 9th. The attached pictures were displayed for the 2 coins I won at auction. The auctioneer also said they would be included for all the winning bidders. I only received the 2 coins by Fedex. I reached out to Heritage and they said "Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Please accept our sincere apologies for the oversight regarding the missing items in your shipment." I haven't received them to date and sent a 2nd email to Heritage yesterday. Has anybody else experienced anything like this before? Many successful Heritage auctions over the years.
