Sharing a Coin Inventory Project

Hey everyone,

I would like to share another project I'm working on in between the custom albums. I'm planning to start buying and selling through local shows and my website.

I am adding unique QR codes to each coin. The codes will allow me to sell an item listed on my website while I'm at a show or otherwise restock it without having to go through the effort of writing down the coin's number and manually removing it from the online listing at a later point.

I'm writing all the code from scratch so I don't have a deadline for when this will be live, nor am I rushing through it because I want this to work.

Again, just sharing the project. I don't know if anyone else has tried doing something like this.

I think that is a good use for QR codes!

We started experimenting with that a couple months ago, and it seems to work pretty well. It prevents me from having to mark ask prices on the slab (security concerns), and I (or a collector) could quickly pull up the listing and ask price from the website at a show.
