Unable to send message to other members

Hi Gang:
I was looking at someones's registry set and I clicked on the little envelope icon next to their user name to send a message. I filled out the form and clicked send and I was taken to some PSA Help page.
Has PSA put an end to collectors contacting other collectors? If not what am I doing wrong? Is there another way to contact others?

I contacted PSA about this and it's a known issue. They didn't intentionally disable communication between Registry members - it erroneously happened during an update. That said, it may be a bit still before it's resolved. I was also told that they're looking into a new way for Registry members to communicate, though I don't know what that might be.

The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."

Seem to have been going on since late last summer. I've a non-sports registry set for which I have 6 duplicates that will plug almost all of the gaps in an other collectors set. I am seeking to send them free of charge in a pay it forward type deal, as someone once did for me, but still unsuccessful in reaching the other collector.

I know I can not contact members . Do you know if that means also that members can not contact me?

NO messages are going through. So no one can contact you

  • Hi Everyone,
I have an update regarding the member to member communication. At this time, the issue has been resolved. I want apologize for the feature malfunctioning. As we migrated to the new contact form capability, there was a temporary redirect of the contact us page which impacted member to member as well. We have corrected the issue but please let us know if the problem occurs again.
