PCGS Survey request...

I got a request to complete a survey about PCGS's customer service, which made me LMAO. I opened the purported survey, and discovered it was just one question about the "support" PCGS's customer service "team" (Does Emilio really have help?) Well, I unloaded my automatic verbal machine by enumerating the multiple issues I have been having for the past three or four weeks...Maybe, if everyone else did the same, someone might take notice.

Sadly, I think that's just for an individual team member's support profile, and not the company in general -- with the potential implication being bonuses or denial of bonuses for whatever employee was involved. That being said, I've sent in a few of those over the past couple years, and have made a point of emphasizing that the specific employee was helpful, but the system that employee is stuck in is terrible. Sadly they seem to have no real option for separating those two categories.
