Has anyone had experience with the new Fanatics Collect site

I bought a few things from PWCC Collectibles in the past. Even with their 20% markup and other fees I found them to be pretty reasonable to work with. I guess they got taken over by Fanatics Collect (associated with the sportswear brand I assume). I just bought some items from there and am having huge issues just paying for the item. Anybody else have experiencing buying or selling things from there?

It takes forever for them to process the payment if you do an ACH payment. Usually about a week.

Has the deluge of harassment marketing emails from them started yet.

    Will never use them again!

Based on the hobby rumors, public info, and direct info I've seen, I'm reducing my hobby exposure to Fanatics. That means I will probably buy less new Topps products and avoid using their services like Fanatics Collect to sell. It seems like the current hobby players in consignment, auctions, online sales, grading, etc aren't going anywhere so I don't know what other big revenue source Fanatics can get. My fear is that Fanatics will have to make some move that will be negative to the hobbyist in order to "grow" the business. This could mean higher prices, overproduction, lower quality or service, or more sales gimmicks.

I think Rubin's dream of taking over the hobby is much further away than he promised his investors. The only area they control now is new product and even then it is limited since they don't control the NFL/NBA licenses yet. Fanatics has pretty much killed the modern FB market by hogging up all of the QB Rookie Autos for the past two years. I wouldn't have cared about the exclusives, but their football products are a huge disappointment and a year late. They are still releasing 2023 boxes and I don't think they have a 2024 product with Jayden Daniels.
