Help 1974 Lincoln Memorial Cent?

    Welcome to the forum, it looks heavily damaged.

    From the images it appears that there is actually glue or some other crud on the coin that then has allowed more crud to there to the surfaces. Of course, interpretations may vary, but what i can see is that this is a damaged cent with adhered crud.

    There is something on the coin. See how it is even with the rim.
    What it is doesn’t really matter, it is still damage and worth 1 cent.
